Technical requirements and conditions for fabrication of membrane structure shed

1、 The membrane structure shall be fabricated in a professional chemical plant, which shall be clean, dry and free from direct sunlight. It shall be equipped with special equipment and workshop for membrane fabrication. The indoor working temperature shall be kept within 5-30 ℃, and the influence of heat source on the thermal radiation of membrane materials shall be avoided.

2、 Membrane structure fabrication shall be equipped with professional process lines, necessary cutting, heat sealing equipment and testing equipment. At the same time, it shall have the membrane structure cutting design software that has been identified or professionally evaluated.

III Manufacturer of membrane structure parking shed The testing equipment, tools and measuring tools used for the fabrication of membrane structures shall be calibrated once after passing the metrological identification in accordance with relevant national regulations.

4、 The membrane structure processing operator must have a professional training work license, and the work license should specify the post and skill requirements.

5、 The production of membrane structure includes cutting and connection of membrane, production and processing of accessories, packaging and transportation. The fabrication shall comply with the following process flow: acceptance of membrane materials, determination of technical parameters, cutting of membrane, inspection of geometric dimensions of cutting membrane, connection of membrane, inspection of connection strength, inspection of geometric shape of membrane body, positioning and fixing of connectors, cleaning of membrane body, packaging and marking of membrane body.

6、 Process design documents shall be prepared for the fabrication of membrane structure, which shall include: membrane material inspection, equipment and measuring tool inspection, determination of cutting membrane, cutting method, pre adjustment of tensioning elongation, fabrication quality standard, process and acceptance method, packaging and transportation.

Material inspection of membrane structure

1、 Before the fabrication of membrane structure, the membrane materials and accessories used must be inspected according to the design and process requirements.

2、 The inspection objects shall include the following materials and parts: membrane, cable, hardware, sewing thread.

3、 The inspection shall include: appearance inspection, dimension inspection and material property inspection.

4、 Inspection method: check the warranty and material performance table provided by the supplier; Sampling re inspection shall be carried out by batch. For the re inspection of mechanical properties of membrane materials, one group of three test pieces shall be sampled for each roll of membrane materials and each re inspection item.  

Film cutting and node making

1、 Before cutting, the production batch number, factory certificate and relevant re inspection report of the membrane material shall be verified. The main body of the same monomer membrane structure should use the membrane materials produced by the same batch number.

2、 The cutting diagram provided by the cutting design software shall be adjusted according to the results of the material property test after being approved by the design.

3、 When cutting the film, avoid weaving scars, yarn knots and other defects of the original film.

4、 Folding and bending are not allowed during cutting operation.

5、 The sequence of membrane overlapping shall be determined according to the requirements of architectural aesthetics, drainage and membrane connection.

6、 The cutting operation shall be carried out in strict accordance with the cutting and blanking drawing. The cut sub diaphragms and the combined diaphragms after splicing shall be inspected and numbered respectively, and the size, position, measured deviation, etc. shall be recorded in detail.

7、 The splicing of diaphragms shall meet the strength and waterproof requirements of joints.

8、 The heat fusion temperature shall be determined according to different types of membrane materials when using the heat fusion method for splicing. In addition, overheating and scalding shall be avoided, and the shrinkage deformation generated during the heat fusion shall be strictly controlled to ensure the smoothness of the membrane and membrane surface.

9、 During thermal fusion processing, dust, garbage and other dirt shall not be allowed to adhere to the membrane material.

10、 During heat fusion processing, the heat fusion part shall not have obvious thickness unevenness.

11、 The heat fusion temperature, heat fusion pressure and heat fusion time in the heat fusion operation shall be set with standard values according to the process design and equipment commissioning.

12、 The sewing width and needle width shall be uniform. It is strictly prohibited to jump seam, off-line and other phenomena. At the same time, avoid twisting and wrinkling of the membrane during sewing.

13、 The accessory parts shall be correctly installed according to the drawings and cutting dimensions. The opening fixture shall be used for the opening, without curl, skew, etc. When making buttonholes, there shall be no falling off or cracks.

14、 Diaphragm connection with special requirements can be processed on site, and corresponding process requirements can be formulated to ensure quality.
