1. General requirements for engineering maintenance

Protection and maintenance of membrane structure engineering. The surface of the membrane material shall not contact with knives and sharp tools to avoid scratching and abrading the surface of the membrane material. Once the membrane material is found to be scratched or severely abraded, effective measures shall be taken in time to prevent the abrasion from becoming more serious. At the same time, the manufacturer shall be notified to send personnel for repair. The surface of steel members shall not be hit and scratched by hard objects, and shall not be exposed to various acids, alkalis and organic solvents.

2. When the membrane surface needs to be cleaned:

a. Workers should not wear hard soled shoes to directly contact the surface to prevent sand from abrading the surface and scratching the film surface seriously.

b. When cleaning the membrane surface, clean water or neutral detergent should be used instead of acidic or alkaline materials such as gasoline, alcohol, chlorine water, etc.

c. Foreign matters such as iron, chemicals or other colored materials should not be stacked on the membrane surface for a long time.

3. The steel structure, steel cable, plywood, bolt and other components in the structure shall not be adjusted or disassembled without the approval of the manufacturer.

4. It is not allowed to pull or hang heavy objects and articles on the membrane materials without permission.

5. Users should regularly (half a year to one year) rust and maintain the safety of steel structures to ensure structural safety and prevent rust water from dropping on the surface of film materials.
